Located adjacent to Higgins Beach in Scarborough, Piper Shores is Maine's only non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). We offer independent cottages and apartments, assisted living apartments, a dedicated memory care wing, and a skilled nursing (nursing home) facility all on one campus.
We have approximately 225 employees, all of whom are dedicated to ensuring an exemplary senior living experience. We have a diverse employee base, and as a 24/7 facility we are staffed by nurses, C.N.A.s, environmental service workers, grounds staff, life enrichment team members, food & nutrition staff and a general administrative team.

We offer entry to senior level positions, and as a non-profit we are committed to giving back to the community through initiatives with United Way of Greater Portland, the Alzheimer's Association, Scarborough Land Trust, and many more.
