Internship Program: Yes The Summer Internship Program offers students exposure to professional Software Engineering, including research, specification, design, implementation, quality assurance, documentation, and sales. Students will work on projects that solve real-world problems and are designed to be completed within the summer timeframe. Students will collaborate both with other interns and with members of our professional Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. Students’ work may even be incorporated into Kepware’s commercial products or support tools for use by Kepware customers and employees. Kepware offers full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship positions at our headquarters in Portland, Maine. Students focusing in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields, business administration, and liberal arts are encouraged to learn more about our company and the industries we serve.

Entry level positions: Yes Kepware offers entry-level opportunities for recent graduates, non-traditional students, and other professionals seeking new career path opportunities. Kepware provides a new hire training program that includes first-day orientation and four-week intensive technical training. Through new hire training, 1:1 mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities, entry-level professionals should feel confident to join and contribute to their new team. Depending on availability, entry-level positions are available in multiple departments, including Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, and General & Administrative.
