Interns are placed for the summer in job roles that coincide with career interests, collaborate on an intern project, chronicle their intern experience on Facebook, and hold interactive lunch meetings with members of management who, over the course of the summer program, shape their roles and responsibilities for the interns, and vision for the future of the Company.
