Creative Work Systems (CWS) is a nationally accredited nonprofit organization that has been enriching the lives of people with intellectual and physical disabilities in Southern Maine for nearly fifty years.

With more than 30 residences, eight vibrant programs, four innovative social enterprises and offices in Portland, Auburn and Saco, CWS employs more than 320 team members and provides critical services daily to more than 400 adults with disabilities.

Entry level positions: Yes Creative Work Systems is actively recruiting Life Skills Coaches (aka Direct Support Professionals) to join our growing programs. As a Life Skills Coach, you will have exciting opportunities to provide direct care for adults with disabilities, both in residential settings and in the community. LSC positions are highly regarded by our agency. Exceptional support services are key to helping people with disabilities access local resources, make connections and develop relationships, and live fully while moving toward greater independence at home and in the community.
