Our 80+ employees are proud to continue the tradition of 'Made in America.' Our showroom and factory are open to the public for tours and demonstrations. We offer our tools for sale directly to our customers and have Authorized Dealers in over a dozen countries. Continuing our dedication to our customer's education, we also host Hand Tool Events around the country for customers to learn about the tools. We are seeking individuals with a deep appreciation for quality, an enthusiasm for outstanding service and customer satisfaction, and a hands on interest in woodworking and craftsmanship.
The responsibilities of this position include taking orders, answering questions about our hand tools and their use, contacting customers regarding their orders and tools, and processing customer returns and repairs. This position would include performing hands on demonstrations in our showroom and at hand tool events, as well as troubleshooting customer questions by phone and email.
This position requires participation in summer Weekend Workshops, occasional travel to our Hand Tool Events as a salesperson, and giving tours of our shop here in Maine.
